Kent Mobile Car Spa provides mobile vehicle valeting and detailing services throughout Kent and surrounding areas.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where:

• Vehicle condition differs significantly from the description provided.

• Access to the vehicle is unsafe or unsuitable.

• Weather conditions prevent safe completion of the service.

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control occur.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate booking information.

• Ensure reasonable access to the vehicle.

• Remove personal valuables before the service begins.

• Ensure the vehicle is legally parked and accessible.

Kent Mobile Car Spa accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

4. Service Times

Estimated service times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on:

• Vehicle size

• Vehicle condition

• Weather conditions

• Additional services requested

We will always endeavour to complete services within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment via approved payment methods displayed at the time of booking.

Failure to make payment may result in future bookings being declined.

6. Pricing

Prices advertised are subject to change without notice.

Quoted prices are based on the information supplied at the time of booking.

Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, mould, biohazards or other exceptional conditions may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed before work proceeds.

7. Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.

Kent Mobile Car Spa reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.

If adverse weather conditions prevent completion of the service, appointments may be rearranged at no additional charge.

8. Vehicle Condition

While every care is taken during the cleaning and detailing process, Kent Mobile Car Spa cannot be held responsible for:

• Existing scratches, dents, paint defects or damage.

• Pre-existing wear and tear.

• Damage caused by faulty trims, badges, seals or components.

• Damage resulting from previously repaired or repainted surfaces.

Any concerns regarding vehicle condition should be raised before work begins.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest level of service.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can investigate and, where appropriate, rectify the issue.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kent Mobile Car Spa shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses.

• Loss of earnings.

• Loss of vehicle use.

• Damage arising from circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

All content on this website, including logos, images, text and branding, remains the property of Kent Mobile Car Spa unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
